Page is not Loading - Workspace

Hi Team , 

 

Greetings 

 

While I'm trying to access the risk assessment page its not getting loaded and administrator tab is getting greyed out, any solution or fixes for this issue ?

Hi @Srinivasan_S,

It sounds like the Risk Assessment page isn’t loading due to either missing or corrupted configuration data, or a UI component that’s failing to load properly in the workspace.

 A few things you can try:

  • Check the browser console for any script or ACL errors when loading the page.

  • If you’ve recently customized the Risk app or updated the workspace, test in an OOB (base system)  or try accessing from a different browser/session.

  • This behavior has been seen in older versions of the Risk Workspace components ,update the following plugins to their latest versions:

    • GRC: Advanced Risk

    • GRC: Advanced Risk Assessment

    • GRC: Risk Management

    • GRC: Risk Management Workspace

  • After updating, clear your cache and try again.

If it still doesn’t load, it’s best to raise a case with ServiceNow Support so they can check the instance logs and configuration in detail.
