How do I create email notifications based on the user's language?

in the notifications, you will need to set the conditions. for example on incident, you would need to set "Caller.language "is" German" and so on for each language:

That doesn't work as i see it.

When I wan't to create a new notification in the incident application, then I don't have the "caller language" to chose...
