Email Notifications

I have a requirement that involves attaching a notification in PDF format to a form when the notification is triggered from the same form. Any ideas or suggestions how I can fulfill this requirement?

Hi @shourya grover1,

 

Usually, for a table extended from the Task table, you can add the out-of-the-box Emails related list and view all emails related to that task (e.g. Incident, Case, etc.). Are you already using this feature? If not, do you think it could give your users what they're looking for?
