Hi,
When servicenow receives an email reply of a email that was sended from a record, with watermark (eg: records like RITM or INC), is a default behavior of servicenow automatically create a journal entry on the source record (RITM, INC) for the email received as a reply even if the reply email doesn't match with any inbound email actions ?

Yes it is by default but you can configure it. there are 2 ways .
you have to go to filter icon, next to activity stream and then at the bottom of list you will find configure available
fields and you can remove the emails from it.
Other way is for each user can personalize it by untick on the list available after clicking filter.
