Hello,
I'm new in service now and I am trying to enable email notification feature. I am running personal developer instance.
When I go to System Properties/Email Properties I see that both Inbound and Outbound email sending is not checked.
However when I hover on Yes checkbox I get "No" sign (attaching pictures)
I am trying to do this while logged on as "systems administrator". I tried with security_admin enabled but no luck.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Valon,
Make sure you are in the global application scope. You will not be able to edit anything here if you are in the other application scope.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Check if you are able to locate this property : glide.email.smtp.active and set it to true.
