Hello, I know that ServiceNow sends emails every 2 minutes. I have been asked if we can increase this frequency to 30 seconds? I looked in mail preferences but did not see any potential options for configuring this frequency. Is this even possible?
Thanks

There is a job for this called "SMTP Sender".
You can change the frequency there.

Hi,
Be aware that increasing this may not necessarily get your email delivered quicker (or much quicker). Email notifications are still handled by the ServiceNow event engine (even the condition based ones.) Depending on how many events are in the queue to be serviced, you could wait a couple minutes (or more).

To change settings, click Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define
you can change how often Outlook checks for new email from each account as well and for the printer related query you can visit
epson printer error code 0x97 and you can take the help.
