Email sent from flow designer is not captured in activity logs.

I have used a 'send email' action in flow designer. email is triggering and can be seen in email logs but not able to show the emails in activity log of the table.

Hi Sharvan,

Is this happening for all the emails which are being triggered from flow designer?

if yes then something missed at platform level

Did you follow the steps to show the sent/received email in activity logs

How to configure and display 'Sent/Received Email' in the activity stream/log

Hi All,

 

This functionality is not available in Madrid OOTB but Available from New York release where you can select the target record which will set the 'Target' filed in 'sys_email' table and it will be available in activity logs then.

I think you mentioned the version as NewYork for your question so possibly that was the reason the guidance could not be given.

May i know how to set Target field in sys_email table, i tried but its not allowing me to change the table.
