Email to External user(Watch list ) working ?

Hi,

 

Are Emails to External users in (Watch list ) is working in Service now ? its shown as SENT in email logs , but not received in the user email box.

 

Anyone faced this issue ? please clarify .

Hi @New Developer_S ,

 

is it through your PDI? If it is, please notice that ServiceNow recently (2022) shipped a new change to disable sending and receiving emails on PDIs: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

Hi @New Developer_S ,

 

Then I would recommend you to look at email settings in ServiceNow, company network rules (routing/firewall etc). Furthermore investigate if it's only for a particular user or all users.
