Email to send the BCC recepients

The user compose email from the incident. They are manually added the emails in the to, cc and bcc. They email not sent to bcc people. There is no configuration in email template.

 

Why the email not sent to bcc, when we compose email manually.

Did you try giving your ID?

are you sure those bcc users are?

1) active and not locked out

2) has email address populated

3) has notification preference enabled

You need to configure email script to add CC and BCC email and then refer this email script in email template.

If we didn't configure email script in cc and bcc. if we are adding manually the email in bcc. it won't sent?
