Hi Team,
Sometime we can see in incident additional comments that we are gettine email trails( chain) after replying through the email by end user. Sometimes it is not happening. Any idea why it is behaving like this.

ServiceNow uses email reply seperators to determine where to cut off an email. This differs for email clients and you may need to add in new seperators
