Email triggered for 2 accounts from service now to user email

Hello All,

 

Currently we are using  IT Service Desk (abc@gmail,com) in our instance our requirement is form form change notifications like state changes from new to work in progress this notification is come from IT Service Desk (abc@gmail,com) and scheduled reports notification will come from another email like IT Service Desk (xyz@gmail.com).

 

is this possible??
