Hi @VedaCH ,
If emails are being generated and visible in System Logs > Emails, but the Subject field is blank only for custom notifications, it is usually caused by one of the following:
- The notification subject is being populated dynamically through a mail script, event parameter, or notification script, and the value is not available at runtime.
- The subject field contains a variable that is resolving to an empty value.
- A Business Rule, Email Script, Flow, or custom logic is modifying the outbound email before it is inserted into the email log.
- The email is being triggered correctly, but the generated outbound email record (sys_email) is not receiving the subject value due to custom customization.
As a first step, check the generated record in the sys_email table and compare it with the notification configuration. Also verify any email scripts or event parameters used in the subject line. If standard notifications display the subject correctly and only custom notifications are affected, the issue is most likely related to the custom logic used while generating the notification.
Could you share a screenshot of the notification configuration, especially the Subject field, and mention whether the notification is triggered from an Event, Flow Designer, or Script?
