Emails does not display on activity log

I am trying to show emails sent in the activity log, added email auto generated and email correspondence to activity log. I can see on Incident but not on change record? IS there anything else that need to be configured.

That should be all you need. Just make sure they are checked by default when you click on the filter icon.

They are both checked and itil role has access to emails, Not sure what is causing this..

Maybe try doing something to trigger a notification like someone who is not the assigned to or the requested by adding work notes.
