Emails going to inbox instead of received

Hi

Im trying to transform an excel file contained in the email sent to my instance. The problem is its going to the inbox instead of received. i have tried putting

gs.eventLog in the inbound action but that is not even logged. what could be the problem

If this is a non prod email processing is disabled by default when you clone it...



go to email properties and check the box for inbound email processing.... i usually also make VERY sure i have a name in the send mail to and enable outbound also.. <assuming this is non prod do NOT put a name in your production instance>

where can i find this property in Email Properties i have enabled inbound email receiving, but cannot find the Inbound Email Processing property

depends on your version.. in the newer ones it is a check box in email properties near the top
