Emails send-ignored for a particular user

Hi
In our instance emails not going for particular user . I have users' email id is ok . Still every emails send- ignored for that user.
Is there any reason it is happening. I couldn't find anything 😕.

Hi @v-paulp
1)Check the 'notification' setting on the user is enabled.
2)Notification will be ignored if a similar notification for the same user/email is triggered with a lower weighting. If this is the cause then setting the weighting to 0 should ensure that the message is always sent.
