Emails to be forwarded from outlook 365 to ServiceNow

Hi All,

I need to pull or forward the sub folder emails from outlook 365 to service-now.

I am trying all the possible ways from my end. But no luck.

Can someone tell me the steps to achieve this.

Hi Priyadarshini,



I don't have much idea about office365 configuration but you can forward emails to "instancename.service-now.com". Once an email is received you can track the same in the email logs where it would be shown as 'received'.



Also check the email properties to see if there are any filters added which could eventually filter out mails from your domain.



If the mail is not delivered to the instance you will have to get in touch with team handling Email Servers(HI Support if using SN emails server or your internal Email/Network Support teams)



Also, are you trying to set up some inbound actions once the mail is received in the instance?
