Embedding live chat in another website

Hi All,

I've activated the anonymous chat plugin but i need to be able to embed it in another non-servicenow website. Has anyone done this before with anonymous chat or any other type of connect chat support? Basically i need to know where the code is that i would need to take and populate in an iFrame on this other website. Web/service portal dev isn't my area s i'm a bit stuck on this.

Yeah, i have everything virtual agent related activated on my PDI but i still can't see those properties. Are you able to see them on your own instance?

I just activated the plugin and the properties are there. Doing a little more digging it looks like this may be a Madrid feature as I didn't see it in the london docs. Which release is your PDI on?

I'm on London but the the same page exists under the London docs as well:

VA requires a subscription but that doesn't apply on a PDI right?

That shouldn't matter in a PDI. I don't have a London instance handy at the moment to test. Does the url referenced in the article exist in your instance?

Nope doesn't seem to be available. Think i'm going to upgrade to Madrid and see if they become available.
