.eml and .msg file attchament

Hi All,

In CSM workspace in attachment how to convert .eml .msg to pdf in servicenow to preview in attachment in csm

OOB not able to preview only download option is there.

Please guide me ASAP if someone has answer.

There is nothing available OOTB to convert the file type etc

For automatic or custom way is it possible? if yes then how we can configure.
