Older version of flow getting attached/triggered

Hi,

We are modifying an existing flow , activating/publishing afterwards. But even after couple of days the old version of flow itself is getting attached. Tried clearing the cache as well, but no help.

Could you please tell me if anyone has come across the issue, if any remediations please?

did you check the record for which old flow got attached was created before migrating the new version?

No Ankur, all are new records only.
