Hi All,
In CSM workspace in attachment how to convert .eml .msg to pdf in servicenow to preview in attachment in csm
OOB not able to preview only download option is there.
Please guide me ASAP if someone has answer.

Attachment not visible in side panel only .jpg.or .png showing in side panel. Any custom way for other file extensions.

In CSM workspace while attachment Open from related list the attachment not showing in side panel.only .png jpg files showing not all how to configure if we want to show.
