Employee Center Header Menu "My Requests"

Hello, Community.
The Scope Application was created with a table extended from Task.
The application's users can create a request from the Self-Service Catalog Item. My requirement is to adjust "My Requests" in the Employee's Center Header menu to show requests were created after submission.

I've created "My request Filter",

but do not know how I can configure it in "Activity Configurations" for the menu options EC, or should I create new "Activity Configurations"?

Hi @Nataliia_Lova  If you will create new Activity Configuration , it will show under the "My active items" on ESC home page. if you don't have any script which can give your custom table data count then you can uncheck the advanced check box then you will see related list called "Activity Configuration Details" , there you can apply condition to show the count on the active items tile. 

 

I think if your table extended via task table so OOTB filter will also show this.

 

Also please validate if your data fulfilling your filter condition.

Hi @Nataliia_Lova  If you will create new Activity Configuration , it will show under the "My active items" on ESC home page. if you don't have any script which can give your custom table data count then you can uncheck the advanced check box then you will see related list called "Activity Configuration Details" , there you can apply condition to show the count on the active items tile.
