Employee Center - 'My Tasks' Widget: Display Company Code

  • The "My Tasks" widget in the Employee Center displays the standard out-of-the-box information.
  • For each RITM displayed in the "My Tasks" widget, i want the Company Code from the associated user's record (sys_user.company -> core_company.u_company_code)  displayed.
  • The Company Code is displayed directly after the RITM number (e.g., "RITM0010001 - [Company Code] - [Short Description]"). --> example: RITM0010001-COT-Request for Laptop (see attached mock-up)

Hi @Sachithananda 1 

Please navigate to All > Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration and open the record for sc_req_item.
Add your custom field to the Info fields section and save the form.

After completing this configuration, the custom field will appear on the ticket page.

Please note that this field will only be visible when it contains a value. If you need to hide the field under certain conditions, simply clear its value.
