Here how to disabled clock icon at footer which displays Performance Details (Widget Matrix)

Guide me how to enable/disable this clock icon.

And also let me know can we enable this icon for specific role only?

Please check this widget, performance_indicator and you can mention roles there under role field which can be used to restrict it to visible to specific users only.

Yes able to restrict it via roles assigned.
