Employee Center Quick Links not showing

Hi.

I made quick link in employee center, but problem occured.

in admin role, it show. but impersonate end user, it disapper.

Did you find the cause? I faced the same problem with a quick link content type : page that is only visible with admin role ! Even with user criteria it's not visible for other users.

Hi, I was having the same issue and was able to display the link by making sure the page related to the quick link had the correct permissions (for me "Request Something" quick link wasn't showing, but when I edited the roles of the page "Request Something" was linking to, I was then able to see it)

This issue might be due to the access control settings for the quick link. Here are the steps to resolve it:

1. Navigate to the Quick Links module in ServiceNow.
2. Find the quick link that is not visible to the end user.
3. Check the "Roles" field. If there are any roles specified, the quick link will only be visible to users with those roles.
4. If you want the quick link to be visible to all users, clear the "Roles" field.
5. If you want the quick link to be visible to specific users, ensure that the end-user has the necessary roles.
6. Save the changes.
7. Impersonate the end user again and check if the quick link is now visible.
