Employee Service Portal's ticket conversation widget is not working properly

When the User Id for a user is long I have two problems in conversation ticket widget:
1)When the user create a record, for the first time the user Id appear in the conversation ticker widget and when he add a comment, the name of User appears properly.
2)Entries made by the user that created the record appear on the same side that entries made by other users appear (left side)
It would be appreciated if you help me out with this problem!
