Empty page in syslog but still has records ?

In my instance the table syslog shows empty page, this is not lag or anything, but the number of the records still shows at the bottom of the page even I put inside the query, go to next page. I tried everything but the logs from 12, Apr 2026 can not be showed on the UI.

In my table rotation, I'm also seeing two table rotations of syslog. Is this normal ? Here is the screen shot

Hi @sieusaopolo15

1. Ensure you are  querying the log data as an system administrator

2. Check your profile has read access (Read ACL) to the syslog table. If the count shows, but the page is empty, a security constraint is likely hiding the data.

3. Right-click the list header, go to Configure -> List Control, and ensure Omit if empty is unchecked.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti,

I've checked inside table syslog. There are two read ACLs but I'm pass the ACL because I have the admin role. I also checked in list control, the option "Omit if empty" is uncheck
