Empty Requested Item Table

Hello Community,

 

I have an issue where user A is not able to see records on the requested item table (sc_req_item). User B/C/D are able to see the records. Currently, the table just shows blank and it does not have the 'number of rows removed from this list by security constraints'.

 

Upon using the access analyser, all users have the sameACLs passed on 'read', 'report_on', 'query_range', 'query_match' for the requested item table. I have asked user A to clear his cache but it does not work. I have checked Business Rules for 'before' AND 'Query' is true, there is one, but it does not affect other users except user A.

Hello Community,

 

There was no active query business rule for the requested item table, and the read ACLs for the user passed. The user informed us that before everything broke, he was playing around with a platform analytics dashboard where he had editor access. He was personalising/modifying the columns and then everything every widget related to the requested item table was showing 'Data not available'.

 

Using his account, we performed a 'cache.do' to clear cache, and we went to the classic list view of the requested item table, as expected, it was blank. Then we fiddled around, and got around to click the 'gear' icon for the table, and reset the columns to default. And that somehow worked, every record he has access to are showing in the table.

 

Not really a solution, but I wanted to share it. Thank you all.
