Enable Global Search for Correlation ID for Incident

I would like to be able to search for the correlation ID globally and have the system display the corresponding incident related to that particular ID.
As of now, the global search feature does not seem to include the correlation ID is there any solution to configure this.

Its look like some thing by design bcz in search group there is no restriction on any field, so may be we need to bear like this or log a Now Support case ot get more clarity.

Hi @zee15 ,
To configure the display of columns and their order in global search results:
There is a view "Text_search". In this view we need to configure the order and required columns to display in the global search results in Agent Workspace.
If there is no view for any table, then create a new view with the name "Text_search" and configure the list layout.
