We have a requirement to enhance a UI List that is created on the Data Certification Task table (cert_task). The expectation is that users should be able to double‑click fields in the UI List and edit the values inline, similar to standard list editing behavior.
Currently, we are using Legacy Data Certification on the Core UI (UI16).
I would like to know:
- Is inline (double‑click) editing supported for UI Lists on the
cert_tasktable in Legacy Data Certification? - If this is possible, what configuration or customization changes are required?
- Where exactly should these changes be made (e.g., UI List configuration, dictionary settings, UI policies, client scripts, or system properties)?
Any guidance, limitations, or recommended approaches would be greatly appreciated.
