Enable the ServiceNow Option to allow me to wait and export more than 10K records

Enable the ServiceNow Option to allow me to wait and export more than 10K records. I used to get an option earlier when I was trying to download more than 10K records from SNOW to either wait and Mail It. But now it does not ask me the same.

 

 

Please provide solution  where  we can enable

OOTB, 10k records are allowed to export in one go. Please check the  export import limits to change the limit but it can impact system performance.

Hi, were you able to find a solution for this?

I’m trying to debug the same issue where, for a specific user, the dialog box automatically closes and triggers an email instead. It almost seems like a preference or user-specific setting.

It happens when the user checks 'Remember my decision' in the dialog box.

 

To reset it

need to go to - User Preferences - export_warn - and delete "email" in Value field.
