Enabling AI Search

Hi everyone,

 

I've installed the AI Search plugin on my instance and tried to enable it in "AI Search Status".

 

It's been 3 days now, and I still see "AI Search is requested. We are working on your AI Search activation request. Please note that it may take some time for the AI Search application to be activated."

 

How long does it usually take for the activation ? Is there anything else I should do to speed up the process ?

As of now AI search is not available on PDI instances.

It's a shame we can't access it on a personnal instance.

You can, in fact, Actually, removing AI search is very simple. Following Huawei's instructions, you must first download and activate hiSuite on your phone and computer. Once your phone is connected to the computer, open the applications menu, find AI Search, and uninstall it using your computer. It worked for me, and it surprised me that no one on the internet had recommended it.
