Enabling Attachments on Read-Only sn_vul_change_approval Form

Hello ServiceNow Community,
I’m currently working on a task related to the sn_vul_change_approval form in our instance. This form is out-of-the-box and set to be non-editable, but I need to enable the attachment functionality for this form.
Is there a recommended approach or workaround to allow attachments to be added to a read-only form like sn_vul_change_approval? Has anyone successfully enabled attachments on a similar form without modifying the base system behavior too extensively?
Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
