How to enable the save button on the header of the form ?

It will be a global change via property, so it appear on all form. May I know the reason to enable for specific form.

Actually the requirement is that, to make it visible only on particular form view

You need to copy the Global Save button and then make changes in condition for a particular form, it is not a good practice,
