we do see RITMS where the attachment is encrypted
as admins even we cannot see the attachment
We do see that Encrypted Field configuration set up for Type Attachment with Multiple Modules on the sc_req_item table.
But could not find which Module access Policy provides that access / role restriction
any pointers ?
