Encrypted field not visible

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue in field encryption even though I have the encryption context role assigned to my profile i cant see the value for the encrypted field it appears blank with a lock icon.

What could be wrong please help. we are doing only field encryption....

1. I created encryption context- 'context enc'

2. Created a new role- 'encryption role'

3. added the role to the 'context enc'

4. Changed the existing string type field to encryption type. kept the same length or bit more.

5. Logged out and logged in again

But when i view the field appears to be locked and empty..i cant see the value?

Please help

If you have more than one 'encryption context', you may need to also look at:



Add an encryption context selector

At the moment i have only single encryption context so have not done the "Add the encryption Context Selector". But still activated UI Macro , and still I cant see please find the snap shot below how it looks to me:
