Hi-Portal - Remove users from watchlist

Hello,

Does anyone know how to view and amend the 'Watch list' for notifications in the Hi Portal?  E-Mails are being sent to a ServiceNow partner we no longer deal with and I'm struggling to find where they are listed so I can remove them.

you need to log in to the HI portal with a customer admin role

Go to manage contacts and disable your primary or secondary contacts

I managed to find the contacts listed under 'Manage Accounts' and 'Communication and Notification'
