End User View

I have created one view 'ABC' and customize my catalog form accordingly. I would like end users to see the form in ABC view only. Any suggestion would really help.

Hi Vipul,


You can set the view in the URL : sysparm_view=ess


I have shown for Incident table, in the end you can append &sysparm_view=Default

Which table are you working with? Catalog form contains variables only and is not actually form fields.

sc_cat_item is the table. Sorry I mean to say I have customized the catalog item forms by adding some new variables and changed the form layout. I need to showcase this form layout to endusers also.
