Enhancement connecting to Change Request ticket

Hi Guys,

I encountered some issue in connecting and enhancement ticket to the change request ticket.

I'm not sure if it is a OOB functionality, because I see that only 1 enhancement ticket can connect to

the change ticket not like in RITM and Incident ticket that you can attached more than 1 ticket to the 

Change request ticket. Please help me if we can change this behavior or if it is the OOB functionality

Out of the box (OOB), you have the flexibility to connect one or more Enhancement Tickets to a single Change Ticket
The behavior of related lists, including the number of records displayed, is influenced by the "rowcount" User Preference configured for the logged-in user. In practical terms, if a user typically views 20 records in a standard list, they will also see 20 records within a related list. However, if the user's preference is adjusted to, say, 100, this change will affect both the standard list and the related list, ensuring they both display 100 records.

It's worth noting that there is a possibility that when defining the relationship between records (e.g., Change Tickets and Enhancement Tickets), a developer might have imposed certain restrictions on the number of matching records to be displayed within related lists. Such restrictions could be intentionally introduced to control the user experience and data visibility.

hi @Anand Kumar P may I ask if where we can find the configuration about this because what I noticed is when

I added another 1 enhancement the old enhancement related to the change request will replace with the new enhancement added and I also noticed on the sample ticket you provided the new and edit button is available in change request form because in our end it is not available. Is that okey if you can share to us how you implemented that new and edit button in change request form for enhancement because in our end it is only available to incident and request item tab
