Enlarge Description field in UI Builder/Workspace form view

When opening a record where the last field is HTML on the form, the size of the field is near useless. I know it can be expanded manually with the drag area, but to need to do that each time you open the record gets redundant.  I can't seem to find where to set that statically or adjust it permanently.

the field is already resizable/draggable, the issue is when loading the page it's very small and the details of the records are usually the most important information on the form. dragging to resize each time a record is loaded is not ideal
