Entire Tab is in Read only mode in Incident

When the view Major incident is selected a tab is visible MIM, Now All these field are in read only mode. & i dont know why.

I have checked UI Policy, client script, BR, ACL & i found nothing. even proper roles are available to users..

 

please suggest

Hi @BrightJunin 

The reason can be MI state= cancelled and it can be made read only via UI policy or some core logic or via some flow.

It looks like it is a custom section and not available in OOTB, so I need to connect with developers who develop this.
