Hello Team,
I have completed all the course modules in my learning playlist, but the course status still shows as "Incomplete", even though my progress is fully updated. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.
I would appreciate it if someone could kindly look into this issue and assist me in resolving it.

HI @NPAVAN ,
I would say start it over from the first slide and this time just skip content and make sure you have touched all the parts of the sides and complete it
if still having issue raise a case with servicenow

@NPAVAN it happened to me as well, I don't remember how did I fix it but you can close the class, erase cache and open it again, if you passed you can try to go through it again in faster way or contact ServiceNow with this screenshot as "a proof" of completion..
