Error in 'Copy Attachment to Folder' OOB Action of SharePoint in Flow Designer

We are experiencing error in OOB Action in Flow Designer 'Copy Attachment to Folder' after upgrade

we are getting different types of errors like Parameter name: strUrl" error , Incorrectly formatted request, user access denied. 

Anyone experienced such error after upgrade ?
