Error in Playbooks for Some Users

Hi, I set up a couple of playbooks for cases for my organization, and they work fine whenever I run them in CSM Configurable Workspace, but when I impersonate some users I'm getting an error in the playbook. Do playbooks require certain permissions? I haven't been able to find any documentation on it and am having trouble locating what the issue is

Hi,

Thanks for marking my reply as Helpful.

In my instance, which is out of box, those types of ACLs for that table have snc_external and snc_internal:

If you're saying your ACLs only have snc_external, that could be a problem?

Hi,

I don't believe they require anything beyond the roles required to work cases.

I would recommend checking out your ACLs associated with this table: sys_flow_data

Check read, and see if there is some sort of instance customization done that changed the default role(s) needed.

No, there was no change for the required roles. I see that impersonated users can still access playbooks in the workspace demo, but not in our CSM Configurable Workspace. Could it be an issue with the CSM Configurable Workspace?

Hi,

Have you used playbooks with CSM configurable workspace before?

Do you have this installed?

  • CSM Configurable Workspace Playbook

Curious if you need to check your settings there?

Yes we have a couple of playbooks in there that work for me, but not for some other users, is that a system applcation?
