Error in Playbooks for Some Users

Hi, I set up a couple of playbooks for cases for my organization, and they work fine whenever I run them in CSM Configurable Workspace, but when I impersonate some users I'm getting an error in the playbook. Do playbooks require certain permissions? I haven't been able to find any documentation on it and am having trouble locating what the issue is

Hi,

Thanks for marking my reply as Helpful.

In my instance, which is out of box, those types of ACLs for that table have snc_external and snc_internal:

If you're saying your ACLs only have snc_external, that could be a problem?

Right, so you're able to use the playbooks even with snc_external being listed. That was my point 🙂 - so is that an out of box ACL or was that adjusted? Can you check the version history? It may need to be snc_internal...not snc_external.

I believe its an out of the box ACL, I don't know of anyone that has access to change the ACL and I'm not seeing any version history.

Hi,

I've added snc_internal to all of our sys_flow_data ACL's but as you can see here, even though its allowed users to access playbooks there are components like "Mark as complete" that are missing

I've adjusted to ACL's to snc_internal and all our users are now able to view playbooks, however now it looks like some UI is missing such as the "Mark as complete" buttons on embedded KB articles
