Error message is shown when deleteing a table inheriting cmdb_ci on pdi

Error message is shown when deleteing a table inheriting cmdb_ci on pdi. 

But the table can be deleted. 
when I tried to replicate on my PDIs, it happened on one PDI and didn't happened other PDI.
The version are both WashingtonDC Patch 3 Fix 1.

could you tell me
・Why does the error message appear differently depending on the PDIs?
・this error message has bad effect when transfering update set from dev to production?

Could you please clear screen shot. There can be reason, even thought instance on same patch but the modules can be on different version.
