Error message "Tour was abandoned" in service portal, Guided Tour designer

When I create a Virtual Tour, as soon as I add a message on a page other than the Homepage, as soon as I 'Preview', after the messages on the main page it gives me the error message "Tour was abandoned". Also, as soon as I press on 'Edit with designer', the page appears with this message in yellow: "The Service Portal header menu or Tours menu does not seem to be present on this page. Users will not be able to launch this tour. You may set this tour to autolaunch or share the tour url ". What can I do? Or, can I start the virtual tour from a secondary page with respect to the Homepage?

Hi Erika,
Could you attach an image of the step that is failing? "Tour was abandoned" usually indicates a form element is not available on the portal.
Regarding the yellow message, as the message indicates the particular tour won't be accessible to users unless you add the "tour" button to the header menu. In this instance, the tour would need to be activated via an auto launch.
P.S - Try to avoid duplicating the same question across 3 forums, it makes it hard to track if a question is answered.
