Error on idea portal when user tried to subscribe

If you login to the Idea portal as a customer and you want to subscribe for an existing idea, you will get an error message as below . I am attaching the screenshot.

Have you recently upgraded to Vancouver?

If so did you successfully migrate?

I can't reproduce this. Is this on a specific idea, or on all?

Nevermind, I thought you where talking about the ServiceNow Idea Portal, but it is on your instance.

Yes , I have done upgradation recently. But I am not able to find the issue of idea portal.
