Hello Community,
I'm seeing below error on 'My Approvals' Widget. There is a data policy on Approval table to Make "Comment" mandatory when state is rejected which is throwing the below error on EC Portal.
As from OOB Functionality there is no comments box on My Approvals widget and Approval Info Widget. When User clicking on Reject button then below Error showing up.
'Data Policy Exception: The following fields are mandatory: Comments
Please help us what can be done if there no way to update data policy. Can we do anything on WIdget level or b business rule to reject the approval even if there is no comments provided.
