Error on Report : Customizatoin

Hi Community,

 

When i was working on the report for the Geomap data visualizations.

I just want to know whether, is there way to customize the error. In this report it show Cannot generate the report. I know there is no records, based on the conditions, so it show this kind of error. But if this error can be customized it would be good. Or an empty map to show the report.
Or Is there any other way to mitigate this kind of generic error.

I tried this at my end with a simple setup on the Incident table, and it worked for me.

The issue is not with the report—the error is likely due to the condition you configured. It doesn’t seem to be executing correctly, which is why you’re getting the error. Please review and correct the condition, then try again.

Yes, the issues is the not in the conditions that is configured , but there is no record found based on the conditions which is configured in the map, in your screenshot there are record that matches the conditions so that it shows on the geomap but, if there is no record based on the conditions what we configured on the map, it show this kind of Error which i post above, if there is record eventually it shows for me as well but my question is there way to show the empty geomap when there is no record against the conditions or some kind of different error  message that can be customizable - rather than showing generic error. (i.e., Contact your admin).

Technically, you are correct. However, I believe this error happens only when there is no data or when there’s an issue fetching the data in reports. In such cases, the system displays this error. I recommend logging a Now Support case.
