Error page after connection with JIRA

Hello, I tried to connect my Instance with JIRA. I tried both JIRA spoke and Getint (bi-directional). I noticed that after making the integration I received an error page (attached), almost every day 1-2 times. I am waiting 10-15 minutes and the instance is back. When Instance is down, If I try to open it from another PC, it  is normally up. So this only happens to me when trying and testing the JIRA - ServiceNow connection. Do you have any idea?

@Vasilis Anastas You could try Unito's 2-way integration for Jira + ServiceNow as an alternative to Getint. It's a no-code platform that's fully configurable. You can choose exactly which records and fields to include or exclude, as well as which direction updates should sync. It takes me around 15-20 minutes to build a Unito flow. You can try it yourself, or I can put you in touch with an integration specialist.
